ABOUT Saoirse

Saoirse Kowalski completed her Bachelor of Music (Classical Performance) (Honours) at the Elder Conservatorium in July 2025, where she studied under Lucinda Collins and received First Class Honours. During her time at the Elder Conservatorium, she won multiple scholarships and awards for both piano performance and collaborative work. Saoirse’s main musical inspirations are Beethoven, Chopin, Rachmaninov and Debussy, with a strong affinity for nationalist composers and folk influences shaped by her Irish-Polish heritage. 

Performance highlights include performing at Government House, performing in the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra’s She Speaks festival in 2024 as part of the Elder Music Lab ensemble, performing at the 2025 Grounded Yorke Peninsula Arts festival and has performed on multiple occasions in the annual Friends of the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra’s young musicians fundraising concert at Grainger studio. Saoirse also performs at the Adelaide Irish club.
