ABOUT FP Trio
The FP trio was formed in 2025, comprising of members Patrick Moorhouse (Oboe), Chiara Panetta (Bassoon) and Maria Tynan (piano). All three artists are currently in their Honours year of classical performance at Elder Conservatorium. While all soloists in their own rights, Patrick, Chiara and Maria enjoy performing primarily Romantic and 20th century trios together, occasionally branching into arrangements of classical trios.
ABOUT Aidan Su
Aidan is a pianist currently preparing for the Licentiate of Music, Australia (LMUSA) diploma. He commenced piano studies at the age of six under the guidance of David Metin, establishing a strong technical and musical foundation. In early 2025, he furthered his studies with Eugene Wei and is currently under the mentorship of Monika Laczofy. He was selected for the Specialist Music Program at Marryatville High School before continuing his academic studies at University Senior College. The program he will present today reflects engagement with a broad range of stylistic periods, requiring both technical command and interpretative maturity. Through his studies, Aidan continues to refine his performance, with a focus on tonal control, stylistic awareness and expressive depth, as he travels forward on his musical journey.
