ABOUT MICHAELA

Michaela began her choral singing journey at a young age and later delved into the realm of solo performance upon commencing at the Elder Conservatorium, where she has now completed a Bachelor of Music (Classical Voice). She recently performed the role of Orpheus in the Elder Conservatorium’s Opera Scenes production, Orpheus’ Wedding. Alongside this, Michaela has achieved significant milestones in her career as a professional chorister, culminating in several national and international tours. This year, Michaela plans to travel to Europe and continue developing her portfolio as a musician through observation and non-degree study.

 

ABOUT SACHIKO

Sachiko is an accompanist who has a passion for working with singers. She has a broad range of experience in accompanying classical singers and enjoys supporting singers at varied stages of their learning and development, as well as collaborating with them in performances and other projects.

Sachiko completed LMusA (Piano) under the guidance of Audrey White OAM. She has been a repetiteur for several productions by Co-Opera and has worked with Emma Knights Productions, Mopoke Theatre Productions and Various People Inc. Sachiko has been the accompanist for the Classical Voice Performance Class at the Elder Conservatorium of Music since 2020and she also regularly accompanies community choirs.
